Molly is a 5 year old female. She has all the hallmarks of a senior hedgie: cataracts in her eyes, poor vision, tattered ears, somewhat underweight. But she is such a sweet girl and is deserving of love and companionship in her final days. She is active, playful, and loves running on her wheel. Very easy to handle.
Only veterinary professionals or experienced hedgehog owners with the means to get her medical care will be considered for Lonnie as this is a hospice placement situation due to her age. There would be no adoption fee since she is likely to require vet appointments in the near future. As of now, she is stable and has no immediate needs. But it is possible for her to go downhill at any time and if that were to occur, she could need medication for her comfort and possibly euthanasia as time goes on. 
She is currently comfortable and well-loved here with us and we would be happy to keep her here for the remainder of her life if we can't find the right home for her, but we'd love for her to spend her final days being spoiled and getting a ton of one-on-one attention as somebody's personal pet rather than being one of the many hedgies we care for here every day. She's a good girl and deserves that.
