Archie was bred by us and comes with our standard lifetime genetic health guarantee. He is 11 weeks old and healthy but is being homed at a reduced cost to experienced owners only because he doesn't have the temperament we strive for when it comes to our babies. Once in a while, despite all being socialized the same, one is just slightly more grumpy by nature. And when that happens, we don't home them to first time owners. He can be spiky when first picked up but does relax once he's up in your hands for a bit. He also has been mouthy on occasion and may lick or give slight nibbles but has never actually bitten and locked onto skin. 
He has a gorgeous coloring with a partial mask, dark liner around both eyes, and one dark ear and one pink ear. He's super cute and we're hopeful that he will make a great pet for the right owner - preferably someone used to handling hedgehogs who is willing to work with him.
